Bad customer care experience

Alarm goes off continually on the car. Woman ( Wagner ? ) on 180003**** told me to go to local dealer. Have been to local dealer before, Beechams Caboolture, who put me onto their auto electrician who tried to help. I paid him & it worked when I left his place but started alarming at my first stop. Have also been to Morayfield Locksmiths who said nothing wrong with remotes ? I have owned 8 holden cars. Can't anyone help ? John 0448 54* ***

Why doesn’t Holden take responsibility for the transmission failure in my Holden Cruze?

I took my 2012 Holden Cruze which l purchased in 2013 to my mechanic and he said that my car is known to have transmission problems. On taking my car into Holden and telling them the problem, they just don’t want to know about it and just tell me that it will cost between $6,000- $7000 to fix the problem, that is a problem that Holden alone should be repairing through a recall! Totally disgusted, l thought Holden looked after it’s customers

Bad service

I attend Essendon Fields service centre to inspect my melting steering wheel. That was well over 5 weeks ago and I have yet to be contacted. I followed this up and told Id receive a call back. Received no call. My vehicle is under warranty and I was treated like I damaged the steering wheel; first told it was sanitiser, then told it was damaged by a ring. I dont use sanitiser and I wear no rings. Do better holden. I am not a criminal and only seeking it be corrected via my warranty. Disappointed in this type of service.

They promised Australia they would look after Holden customers. Zero customer service. No parts back up

Disgusting

No customer service No communication unless I ring Staff changing 6-5 months without a car due to a lack of parts I asked if they would buy the car because we cant wait any longer one guy gave me a price but he has now left This is beyond being responsible for their product its criminal We need paid for our car Like Toyota at least they stand by their product

My car interior smells like a swamo

Rear window is leaking and is under warranty. The vehicle has had more an inch of water on the floor of the vehicle.

Brake Problem

Good Morning, I own a Holden Barina 2010 model automatic and am having a problem with the brakes. This problem is not happening all the time, but when it does it's very frightening. I have had the car to 3 different mechanics, but none of them can agree what is wrong with them. I put my foot on the brake and sometimes it feels spongy underfoot and have to put it almost to the floor and there is a delayed action from the brake. There is also a crunching sound underneath when this happens, therefore the brake is not working properly, I have come across some information released by the ACCC Product Safety Australia headed: Holden Barina- Electronic Brake Control Module from 2012. It lists my car 2009-**** Chassis no range from KL3S#####B253389 - KL3S#####a#B112341. My chassis no is KL3SA696JBB129019 which I believe falls in this number range. I have tried to contact yourselves through the car recall number many times but it is always engaged and I have been put on hold for nearly an hour at times, so I thought emailing would be a better option Would you kindly respond as soon as possible,as this is a very worrying issue which could end up as a fatal accident if not dealt with.

No Rental car for me!

I had my car's air-conditioned fixed back in August 2021, only to have the compressor kick the bucket on the 10/12/21. Holden Maroochydore have been nothing short of amazing with me and my vehicle, however due to not being able to find the part for my car in Australia, the dealer was having to look overseas which could have potentially been 3-4 weeks. They found a part in Townsville which is great, but this means i will need a car for this duration, to get to work and drop off and pick up my kids from their carer. After finding out the issue, they (Sunco Holden - where i bought the car from 4yrs ago) submitted the application for me to get a hire car for the duration that the car was off the road. Nevertheless, the application was declined and due to this, I was unable to get to work without paying exorbitant amounts of money for Ubers and Taxi's and I couldn't get my children to their carer. I work 30km's from my house and Uber's and Taxi's are a cost i am not financially able to accommodate (This is why i own a car) I was unable to work Wednesday, Thursday and today (Friday) and i get a call from the Customer Service Department letting me know that the part will be here mid next week and the second application was denied for a loan vehicle. This also means i am unable to work now until i get my car back. I was wondering who is paying my wage this fortnight and buying my kids presents. I am also wondering if I'm heading away for Christmas this coming Friday (Christmas eve), or do I just sit around waiting for the phone call and updates on my vehicle. Wondering if someone can also get a bus pass for me and my kids so I can go shopping for food at least, since presents are going to be off the cards this year due to not being able to work and my pay check only being able to cover rent and food. Never have i ever been treated this way to a point a can't work, but when your car breaks down - do you get to take your pick? style="background-color:

2004 GTO Key FOB

I own a 04 GTO and have only 1 Key FOB. I ordered a new one from E-Bay and had a GM garage cut the blank for me. No one can program the FOB to the car. I have tried three different GM shops to no avail. All tell me to get a new FOB from GM. Well no one has these in stock. Can you please help me? I have all the documents that prove I am the owner ie. title, original MSRP, current Florida registration etc which I can provide if you need it. I just need the FOB and no blank key as I already have the 2nd key cut by GM for the FOB. I would certainly appreciate any help you can give me. I can pay by credit card, Cashiers check or any way you would like. Thanks in advance Danny B. Stepp US Army (CW4 RET)
